• All students must be 16+

• Face & Body

• Uniform (tunic/dress) optional

• Non transferable booking fee is required, this amount will be deducted from full fee to secure your place - see T&C's.

• Remaining fee to be paid no later than 1 week before the start date. If this is not paid the students place is cancelled and the booking fee kept.

• 13 learning hours

• 2 training days, 3 weeks apart

• Pre requisite Full Body Massage

• Case studies required between training days. These enable the students to put their training into practice. These are discussed on the last training day.

Overview

 

Lymphatic Drainage is a medically recognized treatment. This system will be compromised when the Lymph nodes have been, damaged and/or removed, and are therefore not working effectively. This excess build up of lymph can cause swelling, pain and may lead to other serious health conditions.
Student’s will learn to identify which nodes to drain the lymph. Student’s will be competent to create a
treatment plan to create a treatment plan to benefit the specific needs of the client.

Home case studies will be carried out between your training days. These will enable the students to put
their learnt knowledge and skills into practice. These will be discussed in class, on your second day.

 

All related health and safety and theory will be delivered in these sessions, and a course booklet will also be completed. The student will be required to complete practical case studies at home and their theory work.

 

The Lymphatic drainage massage accreditation will enable the student to carry out professional Lymphatic drainage massage treatments. Beauty insurance advice will be given.

If any of the course criteria has not been met, the tutor has the right to withhold certification until it has been completed.
